We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller to join our growing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to social
media, SEO & PPC leads, conducting email outreach, and performing cold calls to
potential healthcare clients, including hospitals, clinics, and surgeons.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Management & Conversion
● Handle inbound and outbound calls from social media leads, SEO inquiries, and PPC campaigns.
● Follow up on email and WhatsApp inquiries and convert them into qualified leads.
● Make outbound calls to potential healthcare clients including hospitals, clinics, and surgeons.
● Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
2. Customer Engagement
● Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
● Understand client needs and present appropriate digital marketing solutions.
● Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
● Provide detailed information about healthcare marketing services and offerings.
3. Target Achievement
● Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead conversion targets.
● Achieve conversion goals and appointment generation objectives as set by management.
● Maintain minimum talk time requirements (2+ hours daily).
4. Documentation & Reporting
● Update CRM with accurate call logs, feedback, and client details.
● Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.
● Track lead sources, conversion rates, and maintain organized follow-up schedules.
