Job opening for Telecaller for Kalyan & Thane location

Location: Kalyan & Thane

Salary: Depends on Interview

Gender: Male & Female (Female candidates preferred)

Experience: 1-2 years

Job Responsibilities

Contact prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Respond to student enquiries and provide detailed information about IT training courses.
Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable training programs.
Schedule counselling sessions and follow up with interested candidates.
Guide students through the admission and enrollment process.
Coordinate with the admissions and training teams regarding batch schedules.
Achieve monthly enquiry follow-up and admission targets.
Maintain professional and courteous communication with students and parents.
Update student records and follow-up status in the CRM or database.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Good convincing and counselling abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
Prior experience in telecalling, counselling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.
Positive attitude, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
