Job Title: Telecaller / Sales Coordinator

Location: Mira Road East, Mumbai, India

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller / Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the sales team to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up with existing clients to promote our logistics services.

Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about services offered.

Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems regularly.

Coordinate with operations and sales teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and follow-up documentation.

Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Handle customer queries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM systems).

Strong sales orientation with a target-driven mindset.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Previous experience in logistics or sales will be an added advantage.
