Job Title: Recharge Support

Key Responsibilities:

• Call existing customers to remind them about GPS tracker recharge due dates.

• Assist with the recharge process and resolve payment-related queries.

• Provide information about recharge plans and validity periods.

• Maintain accurate logs of interactions and payment status.

• Meet daily call and recharge targets while maintaining service quality.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th-grade education.

• Fluency in Hindi, Marathi, and at least one regional language (Telugu, Marathi, Punjabi).

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
