Your job is calling private hospitals in Bengaluru to collect and confirm their details for PulseChart's patient app, and to ask their insurance desks a few questions about cashless claims.
The work
Call about 175 private hospitals from a list we prepare, using a script we provide in spoken Kannada and English.
Ask the front desk a few short questions (under 2 minutes), then confirm the cashless list with the hospital's insurance desk on WhatsApp or in a short call.
Log every answer in a Google Sheet during the call.
Say plainly who you are calling for and why. You never pitch, and you never promise anything that is not in the script.
