Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a fluent Bengali-speaking Tele Caller who will be responsible for communicating with customers over the phone to promote products/services, generate leads, handle inquiries, and provide customer support. The candidate should have good communication skills and a polite, convincing manner.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
Explain products or services clearly in Bengali.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Generate leads and schedule follow-ups.
Maintain customer database and update call records.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Handle inbound calls (if required).
Build and maintain good customer relationships.
🔹 Required Skills:
Fluency in Bengali (spoken); Hindi/English is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
Ability to convince and negotiate.
Patience and positive attitude.
