Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about salon services, offers, and packages.
Handle inbound calls, answer customer queries, and schedule/reschedule appointments.
Maintain client databases, update records, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Support the Salon Manager by providing daily updates on bookings, cancellations, and client feedback.
Promote membership plans, special promotions, and seasonal offers to increase salon revenue.
Coordinate with the salon team to ensure clients receive seamless service upon arrival.
Track and report daily call performance, leads generated, and conversion rates.
Handle basic customer grievances professionally and escalate major issues to the Salon Manager.
Assist the Salon Manager in maintaining overall customer satisfaction and retention.
