Location: A-100 Sector 4 Noida ( Nearest Metro Station 16)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Telecaller to connect with donors, volunteers, and beneficiaries to support our NGO’s fundraising and awareness initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and building strong relationships to promote our social causes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing donors to raise funds and awareness about NGO initiatives.

• Explain the NGO’s mission, vision, and ongoing projects clearly and convincingly.

• Maintain and update donor/volunteer databases.

• Follow up with donors for pledges, renewals, and feedback.

• Handle inbound calls and respond to queries professionally.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and fundraising targets.

• Prepare call reports and maintain proper documentation.

• Coordinate with the fundraising and program teams for updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

• Good communication skills

• Persuasive and empathetic communication style.

• Basic computer knowledge

• Ability to handle rejection positively.

• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or fundraising is an advantage.
