Job Title: Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Telecaller to support our NGO’s fundraising and outreach initiatives. The Telecaller will contact potential donors, supporters, and volunteers to create awareness about our cause, generate donations, and maintain strong relationships with existing contributors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing donors.

• Explain the NGO’s mission, programs, and ongoing campaigns clearly and confidently.

• Request donations and encourage recurring contributions.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and donor information in the system.

• Follow up with interested donors via phone, SMS, or email.

• Address donor queries and provide necessary information.

• Meet daily/weekly call and fundraising targets.

• Build long-term relationships with supporters.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass

• Good communication skills

• Persuasive and confident speaking skills.

• Basic computer knowledge

• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
