We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller for an NGO who can communicate with people on behalf of NGOs or campaigns and motivate them to donate.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to the provided database
Clearly explain NGO activities and fund-raising campaigns
Convince potential donors to contribute
Maintain proper records of calls and responses
Achieve daily and weekly targets
Handle donor queries politely and professionally

Required Skills:

Good communication skills (English / Hindi)
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude and confidence
