Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Telecaller to reach out to potential clients, promote our services, and generate leads. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a persuasive personality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on inquiries

• Respond to incoming calls and assist clients with queries

• Promote company services and provide accurate information

• Maintain records of calls, feedback, and leads in CRM or Excel

• Achieve daily / weekly targets for leads and conversions

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for client follow-ups

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM)

• Ability to handle objections and persuade clients

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Fluent in local language and English (if required)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate

• Freshers can apply; prior experience in telecalling / sales is a plus
