Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers and explain services

• Handle inbound queries politely and professionally

• Maintain call logs and follow-ups

• Build and maintain positive client relationships

Requirements:

• Qualification: 10th / 12th pass or Graduate

• Good communication skills (Hindi / English / Regional language)

• Basic computer knowledge preferred
