The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a keen focus on customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesInitiate outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to generate leads and promote properties.Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries regarding property features, pricing, and locations in a professional and patient manner.Provide detailed information about available properties and ongoing projects, adapting the pitch to suit the client's needs.Schedule and coordinate appointments for potential buyers to visit property sites with the sales team.Maintain and update customer information and call records accurately in the CRM system (Customer Relationship Management software).Follow up with clients to nurture leads, gather feedback, and ensure a smooth communication process.Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and appointments set.Collaborate effectively with the sales and marketing teams, providing feedback on client interactions and market trends.Required Skills & QualificationsEducation: Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.Experience: Proven experience in a telecalling, telesales, or customer service role is preferred, ideally within the real estate industry.Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English are highly valued to effectively engage with the local clientele.Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport with clients quickly over the phone, with a calm and professional demeanor, even when handling objections or rejections.Technical Proficiency: Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office (Excel for data entry) and experience with CRM software, is essential.Personal Attributes: A results-driven, self-motivated individual with strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
