Job Title: Sales Executive (Inside Sales / Telecalling)

Office Timings: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Experience: 1-3 years in inside sales / telesales / lead conversion (strong freshers with good communication can also apply)
Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month fixed + incentives (based on experience and performance)

SeekhoBecho.com is an e-commerce enablement platform that helps sellers and entrepreneurs start and grow their online business on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho, and on their own websites. We are a fast-growing team, and we are looking for a confident, target-driven Sales Executive to convert inbound leads into paying customers.

Role Overview

You will talk to sellers and aspiring entrepreneurs who have shown interest in our programs and services, understand their business goals, and guide them to the right plan. This is a high-ownership role where your earnings grow with your performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Handling & Calling

• Call inbound leads from Meta ads, website, WhatsApp and other channels within the committed response time

• Understand the prospect’s business, budget and goals through effective questioning

• Explain SeekhoBecho’s programs, plans and services clearly and confidently

• Follow up consistently with prospects until the lead is closed or marked lost

Conversion & Closing

• Handle objections on price, trust and timing professionally

• Close sales over calls and WhatsApp and collect payments through the approved process

• Conduct short product demos or explain the process on video calls when needed

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

CRM & Reporting

• Update every call, follow-up and lead status in the CRM on the same day

• Maintain accurate records of conversations, objections and payment status

• Share daily and weekly reports on calls, pitches and conversions with the Team Lead

• Give feedback on lead quality and common customer objections to the marketing team

Customer Coordination

• Hand over converted customers smoothly to the onboarding/support team

• Keep customers informed about next steps after purchase

• Maintain ethical selling practices with no false promises or misleading claims

Requirements

• Graduate in any stream (Bachelor’s degree preferred; strong 12th-pass candidates with sales experience can apply)

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi (spoken); working English is a plus

• Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, EdTech, e-commerce, or lead conversion is preferred

• Confident, persuasive and comfortable with daily calling targets

• Ability to handle rejection and follow up persistently

• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets and CRM tools

• Good listening skills, honesty and a learning attitude

• Comfortable working Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Good to Have

• Experience selling courses, subscriptions, SaaS or services over calls

• Understanding of e-commerce, marketplaces or online selling

• Experience working with a daily or monthly target and incentive structure
