We are looking for an empathetic and articulate Telecaller / Patient Care Coordinator to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for patients inquiring about hospital services, scheduling doctor appointments, following up on medical reports, and addressing patient queries with care and clarity.
Patient Support & Inquiries: Handle inbound calls from patients to answer inquiries regarding OPD timings, specialist doctor availability, diagnostic services, and hospital departments.
Appointment Scheduling: Book, reschedule, and manage patient appointments for OPD consultations, health check-up packages, and diagnostic tests.
Outbound & Follow-up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls to remind patients of upcoming consultations, diagnostic appointments, and routine health check-ups.
Patient Feedback & Assistance: Call patients post-discharge or post-consultation to gather feedback and address any follow-up concerns or report status inquiries.
Record Management: Maintain accurate records of patient calls, appointments, and inquiries in the hospital management database/CRM system.
Inter-department Coordination: Liaise with receptionists, OPD staff, and medical departments to ensure smooth patient coordination and query resolution.
