Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls professionally and efficiently.

• Answer customer queries, provide information, and resolve issues or complaints.

• Document all call information accurately into the customer database/CRM.

• Follow up on customer interactions where necessary.

• Maintain a high level of product/service knowledge.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.

• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.

• Ability to remain patient and calm under pressure.

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior call center experience is a plus.
