Position: Debt Collection & Recovery Telecaller
Company: Sanidhya Enterprises, Ulhasnagar, Maharashtra

Experience: 0-1 years (freshers with enthusiasm welcome)

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to debtors for overdue loan/credit card payments and negotiate repayment plans.
Address queries, resolve disputes, and follow up on commitments while logging all interactions accurately.
Escalate complex cases, meet daily/weekly recovery targets, and ensure RBI compliance.
Maintain professional empathy in high-pressure calls to minimize bad debts

Requirements

Excellent Hindi/English communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Resilience, active listening, and basic CRM/Excel proficiency for record-keeping.
Knowledge of debt collection guidelines a plus; DRA certification preferred but not required.
Ready for 6-day day shift
