Telecaller

Work Mode: Regular / Contractual Basis
Location: [KARKARDOOMA]

We are looking for a confident and responsible candidate who can handle Telecalling as well as Social Media activities using a mobile phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Make calls to prospective clients and handle follow-ups.

• Communicate professionally with customers over phone and WhatsApp.

• Manage daily posts and updates on Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp.

• Share promotional content, images, videos and messages on social media.

• Maintain basic records of calls and follow-ups.

• Support day-to-day digital marketing activities.

Candidate Profile

• Good communication skills in English/Hindi.

• Comfortable speaking to people over the phone.

• Must be comfortable using a smartphone and social media apps.

• Basic knowledge of Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Freshers can also apply if they have good communication skills.

Employment Options

Regular employment or Contractual engagement — depending on suitability and mutual agreement.
