Key ResponsibilitiesTelecalling & CommunicationMake outbound calls and handle inbound calls from provided leadsCommunicate clearly and professionally in English, Gujarati, and MarathiExplain company products/services and answer customer queriesFollow up with leads and maintain regular communicationUpdate call details and customer information in the CRM systemBack Office & Administrative WorkPerform internal office paperwork and documentationMaintain and update records, reports, and data accuratelyCoordinate with internal teams for smooth workflowHandle basic data entry and file managementCRM & ReportingUpdate customer and lead details in the CRM softwareMaintain daily call reports and follow-up statusEnsure data accuracy and confidentialityRequired Skills & QualificationsFluency in English, Gujarati, and Marathi (spoken; written is an advantage)Basic knowledge of CRM softwareProficiency in MS Word and MS ExcelGood communication and interpersonal skillsBasic computer knowledge and typing skillsAbility to multitask and manage time effectivelyExperienceFresher or experienced candidates can applyPrior experience in telecalling or back office work will be an added advantage
