Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our Sales Team in Salt Lake, Sector-V, Kolkata. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls, generating leads, explaining caravan rental services, and converting inquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers

Explain company services and travel packages

Handle customer inquiries professionally

Maintain customer records and update CRM

Follow up on leads and convert them into sales

Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

Good communication and convincing skills

Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM preferred

Prior telesales or customer service experience is an advantage
