Project Coordination:

- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring healthcare projects.

- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project timelines are met.

- Track project progress and provide regular updates to management.

Tele calling:

- Make outbound calls to patients, Enrolling them in the programm.

- Answer incoming calls and address inquiries, providing excellent customer service.

- Maintain accurate records of calls and update the database in CRM with relevant information.

- Follow up with clients and patients to ensure their needs are met and address any concerns
