Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Real Estate Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client inquiries, arranging site visits, and closing property deals.Key Responsibilities:Promote residential and commercial projects through online and offline marketing.Contact potential clients via phone, WhatsApp, or field visits.Conduct property site visits and explain project details clearly.Maintain good relationships with clients and follow up regularly.Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.Coordinate with builders, developers, and channel partners.Handle documentation and deal-closing procedures.Requirements:Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (any stream).Excellent communication and convincing skills.Knowledge of local real estate market trends (preferred).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Two-wheeler and smartphone preferred.Salary & Benefits:Fixed salary + Attractive Incentives / Commission.Training and growth opportunities.Flexible working hours.
