·       Experience in handling customer queries & complaints.

·       Outbound calling to the Flipkart & Amazon Customers.

·       Manage Reviews & ratings on Amazon & Flipkart

·       Maintaining the data on Excel.

What are we looking for?

Qualifications & Skills Required: 

·   Educational Qualifications – Any Graduate

·   Experience – 1 to 3 Years

·   Preferred: - Female Candidates

·   Preferred Knowledge - Knowledge of Excel, Good Oral & Communication Skills

·   Languages: - English, Hindi
