Job Title: Telecaller cum Computer Operator

### Job Summary

We are looking for a Telecaller cum Computer Operator who will be responsible for making and receiving calls, coordinating with customers, updating records, and handling day-to-day computer-related work.

### Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers and provide information as required.

• Handle incoming customer calls and resolve basic queries.

• Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, payments, or other requirements.

Maintain and update customer and order details in •Excel/ERP/software••.

• Enter data accurately and maintain proper records.

• Prepare basic reports and maintain daily call and follow-up records.

• Coordinate with internal teams for order-related and customer-related issues.

• Ensure timely follow-up and proper communication with customers.

• Perform basic computer and documentation work as assigned.

• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of company/customer information.

### Required Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills.

Basic to good knowledge of •MS Excel, MS Word and email••.

• Good typing and data-entry skills.

• Ability to handle customer calls professionally.

• Good follow-up and coordination skills.

• Basic knowledge of computer operations.

• Hindi communication is required; basic English communication will be an advantage.

### Qualification & Experience

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Experience: 1–3 years in telecalling, customer support, data entry, back-office, or similar roles.

• Freshers with good communication and computer skills may also be considered.

### Preferred Candidate

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Responsible and punctual.

• Comfortable working on Excel and computer-based systems.

• Able to manage multiple tasks and complete work within timelines.

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
