Job Summary: This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the organization

including handling Inbound & Outbound calls.

Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls like Verification Calls

• Intimation Calls

• Consent Calls

• Invoice Generation

• Handling Inbound calls from Retailers & Sales Team

• Need Malayalam, Bengali & Telugu Caller on priority.
