Tele caller / Academic Counsellor (Aviation Training Institute)

Company are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and career-oriented individuals to join a reputed Aviation Training Institute as a Tele caller / Academic Counsellor. The role involves interacting with prospective students, guiding them about aviation and related training programs, and assisting them throughout the admission process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong relationships with students and parents.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective students through inbound and outbound calls.

• Explain aviation, airport management, cabin crew, hospitality, and other training programs offered by the institute.

• Counsel students regarding course details, eligibility criteria, career opportunities, fees, and admission procedures.

• Follow up with leads generated through advertisements, social media, website inquiries, and referrals.

• Convert inquiries into admissions through effective communication and counseling.

• Maintain accurate records of student interactions, inquiries, and follow-up activities.

• Schedule counseling sessions, meetings, and campus visits for interested candidates.

• Address student and parent queries professionally and provide appropriate guidance.

• Achieve monthly admission and lead conversion targets.

• Coordinate with the admissions and management team for smooth enrollment processes.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students and their families.

• Assist in promotional activities, admission campaigns, and educational events when required.

• Ensure timely follow-up with all potential candidates to maximize admissions.

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling student information.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) / Graduate.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

• Prior experience in telecalling, counseling, customer service, or sales will be an added advantage.

• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.

• Good convincing and negotiation skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

• Positive attitude, self-motivation, and eagerness to learn.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
