We are looking for a Telecaller – Mutual Fund Process to join our team at MFU. This role involves handling customer calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to the Mutual Fund/Financial Services industry. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹16,000 to ₹18,000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issues
Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates
The minimum qualification for this role is HSC/ graduate or equivalent, with 6 months to 1 year of telecalling/customer service experience (preferably in financial services or mutual fund domain)
Average to good communication skills (Hindi and English)
Experience in inbound and/or outbound calling will be considered
Immediate joiners preferred
Must be open to a 6-day working week
Comfortable with day shifts
CTC: ₹22,000 per month
In-hand Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Location: High street, Thane
