Initial Internship

Ravtar is hiring Security Operations Center (SOC) Interns to join our operations team focused on 24x7 GPS-based real-time tracking and monitoring of assets such as trucks, trailers, and high-value cargo. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment where you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, visibility, and compliance of logistics operations. 50% of the base salary will be paid as stipend for training month.

And based on the performance during the training, 5 candidates will be selected as "Full-time Security Operations Center (SOC) Executives". Internship certificate will be issues to all selected candidates for internship.

The purpose of this internship is to train candidates on relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), software platforms, and operational systems, preparing them for formal training and future operational responsibilities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduates, Diploma holders, or Bachelor’s Degree students from reputable universities

• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

• Comfortable working in rotational day/night shifts (9 Hour Shift)

Post-Internship Career Path

Top-performing interns will be offered full-time positions in the following roles:

• SOC Executive (5 positions) @15000-20000/- month.

• Salary based on experience and performance

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor GPS-based tracking systems for trucks, trailers, and other stationary or mobile assets

• Respond to real-time alerts and alarms (e.g., route deviations, stoppages, geofence breaches, thefts, etc.)

• Follow predefined protocols and client-specific SOPs to address incidents

• Document all events and actions taken accurately in the system

• Coordinate with drivers, field teams, and clients as needed

• Escalate issues promptly to senior SOC staff
