Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Tele caller to join our immigration consultancy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling potential clients, explaining immigration processes, and generating appointments for further consultation with our immigration experts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients based on leads provided.

• Explain various immigration programs.

• Understand client requirements and provide accurate information about eligibility and processes.

• Schedule follow-up calls and appointments with immigration consultants.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and lead conversion targets.

• Handle client inquiries through phone, email, or chat in a professional manner.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any discipline.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or local language.

• Previous experience in tele calling, sales, or customer service preferred.

• Basic knowledge of immigration processes is an advantage (training will be provided).

• Confident, polite, and persuasive personality.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
