**Job Title:** Telecaller – Customer Support
**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with their queries, and provide excellent support. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, patience, and a positive attitude.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Answer incoming customer calls professionally.
* Make outbound calls for follow-ups and customer assistance.
* Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.
* Provide accurate information about products and services.
* Maintain records of customer interactions and update the database.
* Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
* Achieve daily call handling and customer satisfaction targets.
* Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction.
**Requirements:**
* Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Graduate.
* Good verbal communication skills.
* Basic computer knowledge.
* Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.
* Strong problem-solving and listening skills.
* Previous customer support or telecalling experience is preferred but not mandatory.
