Position: Telecaller (Male)
Location: Jaipur
Job Type: Full-Time (Work From Office)
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Quality Education is a leading coaching institute dedicated to Competitive and Government Exam preparation. We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to handle student inquiries and support the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

Call prospective students and explain courses and programs.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
Follow up with interested students and parents.
Maintain call records and update CRM/Excel sheets.
Generate and nurture leads for admissions.
Resolve basic student queries and provide accurate information.
Coordinate with the counseling and admissions team.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Required Skills

Good communication skills in Hindi.
Basic English communication preferred.
Confident and polite telephone etiquette.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
Ability to convince and build rapport with students.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Eligibility

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred.
Freshers can apply.
Prior experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Sales, or Counseling will be an advantage.
