• Guide customers step-by-step to resolve their technical concerns.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
• Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the system.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate support teams when required.
• Follow company processes and quality standards during customer interactions.

Eligibility Criteria
• Graduate Freshers are eligible to apply.
• Undergraduates must have a minimum of 6 months of documented work experience.
• Candidates from B.Tech, BCA, MCA, Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar technical backgrounds are preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
• Basic understanding of computer systems, software, and troubleshooting concepts.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
