Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for cold calling, lead generation, and promoting services to potential clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to engage customers effectively over calls.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound (cold) calls to potential customers and generate leads
Explain services, and offerings clearly to clients
Maintain, Followup and update daily call records and lead status
Build and maintain a strong customer database
Handle basic customer queries and provide accurate information
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding
Maintain a professional and positive attitude during calls

Requirements:

2–5 years of experience in telecalling / telesales / lead generation
Excellent communication and convincing skills (Hindi & English)
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
