Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data/leads
• Handle inbound inquiries and qualify prospects
• Explain project details, pricing, location advantages, and offers
• Schedule site visits for the sales team
• Follow up regularly with interested prospects
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in CRM
• Coordinate with the sales team for updates on site visits and closures
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and site visit targets
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure positive customer experience

Requirements
• 0.6 –4 years of experience in real estate tele calling (mandatory)
• Good understanding of real estate projects and sales process
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to handle objections confidently
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
• Fluent in [mention required languages – e.g., English & Hindi / local language]
