Job Description:

Legal Capital Law Firm is hiring Telecallers to handle client inquiries, explain legal services, and schedule consultations with advocates. The role requires clear communication, professionalism, and basic understanding of client handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided database

• Handle inbound calls and client inquiries

• Explain legal services (loans, property cases, documentation, legal notices, etc.)

• Schedule appointments/consultations with advocates

• Follow up with interested clients

• Maintain client details and daily call reports

• Coordinate with legal and operations teams

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th / Any Graduate

• Good communication skills in English & regional language

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, call logs)

• Polite, confident, and target-oriented

• Prior experience in telecalling/customer handling preferred

• Freshers with good communication can apply
