Prime Gold Hub is hiring Tele callers to join our customer support and sales team. The role involves making outbound calls, explaining our gold buying services, handling customer queries, and scheduling appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
Explain company services and products.
Maintain daily call logs and update CRM/records.
Follow-up with interested customers and schedule branch visits.
Handle inbound calls, queries, and resolve customer doubts politely.
Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets
Requirements & Skills:
Qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
Experience in tele calling/telemarketing preferred.
Good communication skills in Tamil/English .
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude, target-oriented, and customer-friendly.
