Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents regarding university programs and admissions.
Handle inbound admission inquiries professionally and effectively.
Explain courses, eligibility criteria, fee structure, scholarships, and campus facilities.
Follow up with interested candidates through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and emails.
Maintain and update student data in CRM/software systems.
Schedule campus visits, counseling sessions, and admission interviews.
Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams for lead conversion.
Achieve daily calling and admission targets
