Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls from domestic customers

• Resolve queries, concerns, and service requests promptly and effectively

• Provide accurate information on products and services

• Maintain a courteous and professional tone throughout customer interactions

• Update customer records and call logs in the system

• Achieve performance benchmarks like call quality, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction (CSAT)

Who Can Apply:

• FRESHERS  -  GRADS /  BE

• Experience: 6 M  to 3 years in BPO/Customer Support/Voice-based rolesExperience: 6 months to 4 years in BPO/Customer Support/Voice-based roles

• Strong communication skills in English and regional languages (English + Hindi )

• Willingness to work in rotational day shifts (no night shifts)

• Basic computer knowledge and typing ability

• Energetic, positive mindset with a drive to learn and grow
