Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude to effectively handle outbound and inbound calls. You will play a key role in generating leads, following up with customers, and providing information about our products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads or sales.

• Answer incoming calls and address customer queries politely and professionally.

• Maintain records of calls and customer details using a CRM or Excel sheet.

• Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or information.

• Handle customer complaints or escalations and ensure resolution.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass; graduation is a plus.

• 0–1 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role.

• Excellent verbal communication in [English/Hindi/Regional language as applicable].

• Good listening skills and problem-solving attitude.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email handling, etc.).
