The role involves handling customer feedback, helpline support, and managing communications via WhatsApp, email, and SMS. Key Responsibilities: ● Handling customer helpline calls and resolving immediate issues. ● Managing customer feedback and addressing queries efficiently. ● Mail handling and communication through WhatsApp, SMS, and chatbot. ● Ensuring excellent customer experience and satisfaction. ● Maintaining records and reports in Excel and CRM tools. Required Skills & Qualifications: ● Education: Graduation degree (mandatory). ● Experience: Minimum 6 months in customer service or a related field. ● Age: Below 35 years. ● Skills: ○ Strong listening skills and good communication. ○ Tech-savvy with expertise in handling digital communication. ○ Proficiency in Excel, Word, Email, and CRM software. ○ Language skills: Hindi, English, Marathi, Odia, Telugu. Additional Requirements: ● Should be comfortable with flexible working hours.
