Job Title: Female Office Executive
Location: Seawoods, Navi Mumbai
Salary: ₹8,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

1. Call customers to understand their requirements.

2. Understand customer needs for house cleaning, cooking, baby care, and patient care services.

3. Contact available maids and arrange suitable maids for customers.

4. Coordinate between customers and maids to ensure smooth service.

5. Maintain records of customer details, addresses, job requirements, and salary expectations.

6. Follow up regularly with customers and maids.

7. Communicate with customers through WhatsApp and share the required information.

8. Maintain daily office records and handle routine administrative tasks.

9. Collect information about new maids and assist with their registration.

10. Communicate politely and professionally with customers and maids.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Must be able to speak Marathi and Hindi.

• Basic understanding of English is an advantage.

• Must be confident in handling phone calls.

• Must have basic mobile phone and WhatsApp handling skills.

• Must be responsible, honest, well-organized, and willing to learn.
