We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecaller (Pre-Sales) to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and support the sales team by qualifying prospects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for explaining products/services, understanding customer requirements, and scheduling follow-ups or appointments for the sales team.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases
Handle inbound calls related to product/service inquiries
Explain company products/services clearly and confidently
Understand customer needs and qualify leads
Schedule follow-up calls or appointments for the sales team
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM/Excel
Follow up with interested prospects to move them through the sales funnel
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets
Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times
