Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote solar products and services
Explain the benefits of solar energy and Grando Solar’s offerings clearly and effectively
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
Maintain a database of customer interactions and update CRM systems regularly
Follow up on inquiries and maintain customer engagement
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets
