Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales growth, generate new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with clients. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, product pitching, client conversion, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and field visits (if applicable).
Pitch PagarGuru software solutions to potential clients.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain software features clearly.
Handle client objections and negotiate to close sales.
Maintain follow-ups with prospects and convert them into customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain proper CRM updates and sales reporting.
Coordinate with the operations and support team for smooth onboarding of clients.
Manage renewal sales and maintain long-term client relationships.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Basic understanding of software/SaaS product selling.
Good negotiation and convincing ability.
Confidence in handling client queries and objections.
Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
