We are looking for a Telecaller / Customer Support Executive who will communicate with customers over calls to request product ratings and reviews, handle basic customer support, and ensure a smooth post-purchase experience for our e-commerce customers.
Call customers after order delivery to request ratings and reviews
Provide basic product support and resolve customer queries
Follow up with customers for feedback and satisfaction
Handle issues related to orders, delivery, returns, and replacements
Maintain proper call records and customer feedback reports
Coordinate with the e-commerce operations team for issue resolution
Ensure polite, professional, and customer-friendly communication
Good communication skills in Hindi and English (regional language is a plus)
Confident in handling customer calls
Basic knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, or online shopping
Ability to handle customer objections calmly
Basic computer and Excel knowledge
Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
Experience in telecalling / customer support / e-commerce preferred
