We are looking for a Tele Caller to join our team Nyvira Finance. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Finance industry. Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Customer Calling Initiate and manage outbound calls to prospective customers in a professional and goal-oriented manner, ensuring every interaction upholds the organization's service standards.
2. Product Presentation & Sales Closure Present the company's financial products clearly and persuasively, address customer objections effectively, and work consistently towards achieving assigned sales targets.
3. Lead Follow-Up & Pipeline Management Conduct timely follow-ups with interested prospects, maintain consistent engagement, and ensure maximum lead conversion within the assigned pipeline.
4. Record Keeping & Reporting Accurately log all call interactions, lead status, and sales activity in the CRM system and submit daily performance reports to the reporting manager.
Candidate Requirements
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)
Age: 18 – 35 Years
Languages: Hindi, English, Marathi
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and reliable
Freshers with good communication skills are strongly encouraged to apply
