Pay: 10,000 - 14,000/ month

Experience : Freshers/ Intern/ experience 6 months (Local Preferred)

Job Summary

The Novello Globe Hotels and Resorts Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a confident and customer-oriented Telecaller to support our reservations, sales, and guest engagement activities. The role involves handling customer calls, promoting hotel services and packages, and ensuring an excellent guest experience through professional communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner

• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups

• Provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issues

• Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues

• Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Pleasant and professional telephone etiquette

• Ability to persuade and close bookings

• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills

• Customer-focused with a positive attitude

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Hospitality background preferred)

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
