“Your main responsibility will be to make outgoing calls to nannies who have shown interest in working with us. You will need to:

Call and speak with nannies who have applied through job portals or referrals.

Clearly explain the job role of a nanny — for example, taking care of babies, working hours, location, salary range, and other responsibilities.

Answer any questions they may have about the job, and guide them step-by-step on how to join Prenu.

Verify their basic information like name, location, experience, and availability.

If they’re interested, help them schedule an interview or document collection with our operations team.

Follow up with them if they don’t respond the first time.
