• Maintain a database of customer contacts and update call details regularly.

• Follow up with interested customers through calls, messages, or emails.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

• Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.

• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
