Position Title: Telecaller

Location: Goregaon East

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 0–2 Years (Telecalling / Customer Service / Sales Experience Preferred)

Role Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to join Aayush Wellness Limited. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining wellness and healthcare products, assisting customers with queries, generating leads, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Calling & Customer Interaction

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services

• Handle inbound inquiries related to products, orders, and services

• Clearly explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers

2. Lead Generation & Sales Conversion

• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales

• Maintain consistent communication with prospects

• Achieve daily / weekly / monthly calling and sales targets

3. Customer Support & Relationship Management

• Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout interactions

4. Data Management & Coordination

• Maintain records of calls, customer feedback, and follow-ups

• Update CRM / systems with accurate information

• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate

• Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (preferred)

• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills

• Good customer handling ability

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, calling tools)

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
